Shopping From The U.S.? Here’s What You Need to Know

We love our U.S. customers and want your international shopping experience to be as smooth as possible! With recent updates to shipping rates and international policies, here’s a quick guide on how these changes might affect your order when shopping from our European suppliers:

Import Duties & Customs

  • Good news! Orders under $800 USD are duty-free for U.S. customers.
  • If your order exceeds $800, U.S. Customs may apply import duties or processing fees at the time of delivery.

👉 Tip: If you’re planning a larger order, consider splitting it into smaller shipments!

VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • As a non-EU customer, shopping from outside the EU, you're not charged European VAT — so our prices are typically 20–25% lower than what EU customers pay.
  • This savings is automatically applied when you enter a U.S. shipping address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Global shipping rates have recently increased due to fuel costs and logistics updates.
  • While we continue to offer reliable carriers (like DHL, UPS, FedEx), shipping may be slightly more expensive and take a bit longer than before.

💡 We always provide tracking and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Customs Fees at Delivery

  • Occasionally, courier services may charge a customs handling or brokerage fee upon delivery. These are separate from the product price and vary by courier.

Returns from the U.S.

  • Return shipping from the U.S. to Europe can be more costly. We recommend checking sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
  • Need help? Our customer support is happy to assist with sizing, fit, and more!

Thank you for shopping with us internationally!
We’re committed to making your experience simple, transparent, and worth every mile.
