How To Find Your Cup Size

Using a measuring tape, measure around the fullest part of your breasts. Subtract the band measurement from this total. The difference, along with the additional 5 inches, will indicate the cup size.

For example: If the bust measurement is up to 1 inch greater than body size the US cup size is A; up to 2 inches larger - cup size is B; up to 3 inches - cup size is C; up to 4 inches - cup size is D; up to 5 inches - cup size is DD.

How To Use The Chart

• Find Your US Size: Identify your US bra size on the chart. It consists of a number (band size) and a letter (cup size).
• Compare and Convert: Once you've found your US size, you can easily look across the chart to see your corresponding size in the UK, Europe, France, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Understand the Differences: It's important to note that while band sizes are generally consistent in measurement (inches or centimeters), cup sizes can vary significantly between countries. For instance, a US 'D' cup might not be the same as a UK 'D' cup.

Finding The Right Band Size

To find your band size, while standing, put on a non padded bra. Get a measuring tape and stand straight in front of a mirror. Wrap the measuring tape around your diaphragm underneath the bust, at the bottom band of the bra. Make sure that the measuring tape is straight and not snug. The measurement you get in inches is your band size. This measurement plus 5 inches equals the body size. It it's an odd number, round the number to the nearest even number. If the diaphragm measurement is 32 inches, add 5 inches to arrive at the body measurement (37 inches). Since 37 is an uneven number, just add one more inch to arrive at 38 as the body measurement. If the diaphragm measurement is over 33 inches, add only 3 inches to obtain the band size since this silhouette type sometimes has soft flesh which will compress.
